This web site has been made to be as simple to use as possible with minimum clutter, so those who have little or no experiance of using the internet should have no difficulty at all in using it.
Clarity and ease:
Each property listing has a wide range of logical options available for you to select, thus making adding your property a simple and straightforward process while offering as much information as possible for the potential client.
This information is presented in a way that allows users to quickly search properties, for example certain information supplied for every property will be colour coded so users can quickly scroll the property to read that information. For example, if there are any 'Property restrictions' the user will know instantly they select a property as these will be colour coded with a pink background, prices have a blue background etc. thus avoiding the need to search the property information for specific information.
Country listings:
Countries do not get added in the search menu until there are properties listed for those countries, so if you don't see your country in the search menu don't worry, as soon as you list a property for it then that country will be available in the countries search menu.
Property enquiries:
Contact between the client and owner is direct, Holiday Rentals Hub are not involved in the process and do not charge any commision. Contacts use our easy to use online form to contact you at your e-mail address, so this is not actually shown on our web site. These messages can also be read from your private login area and are stored for 6 months by default, so you have a back up if you accidentally delete the message in your e-mail program. Users have the option to activate SMS message alerts so they will know of any enquiry immediately.
Payments:
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card, you select the option which is best for you. Our credit card processing is handled by eSellerate and all online payments are made through a secure https connection.
